Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer. However, we may issue a refund under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
The issue is reported within 5 calendar days of receiving the item.
Proof of damage (e.g., photos or video) is provided upon request.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

Personalized or custom-made items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale or clearance items.
Delays caused by the courier or customs for international orders.

3. Requesting a Refund

5. Shipping Costs

If a return is authorized due to our error on our side (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will shoulder the return shipping cost.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges
